Really affordable prices, our room had everything we needed - a comfortable bed, a table and chairs, a TV, a fridge and even a safe. The separate shower and bathroom with a bidet were a nice touch. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room service made sure everything was tidy every day. Another advantage was its proximity to the beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand.
The hotel was quite far from the train station and the main center, so if you were looking to explore those areas, it might not be the most convenient location. being near the railway meant we could hear the trains passing by, which could be a bit disruptive.

Because of the off season we didn't stay at this actual hotel but its sister hotel 50 meters up the road closer to the sea called the Atriminium which was an upgrade to a 4 star hotel.

The price for rooms of this category was excellent, given that we were there at a long holiday weekend (but still in bassa stagione). Rooms clean as can be, everything orderly, well furnished. Good location near the beach, near the bus line from Rimini train station.
The only drawback was the staff at the very good breakfast buffet, who seemed to be more bored than interested in keeping the buffet prepared (seemed to be trainees or so). Rest of staff was friendly and competent.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it a great choice for those looking to enjoy some sun and sand. the rooms are clean and come equipped with amenities such as a small balcony, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, and even a mini fridge. the friendly and smiling receptionists provide excellent service, ensuring that everything is tidy each day.
The thin walls of the hotel can lead to some noise disturbance from other guests.

The best thing is the position, very central, and the fact that it was very cheap. The room was also very clean and the bathroom large and comfortable.
The hall was pretty small and very old, and the breakfast poor. The staff also didn't seem very qualified.

No major complaints but the noise from the trains was annoying if you left the window open at night.

The hotel was very close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. Also you can get a bus from the airport and then a tram and get off at the number 19 bus stop which is just round the corner from the hotel.

I've stayed not at Giovane Italia, but at the hotel Ariminum, which has 4 stars, not 3. This is the same ownship for the same price. I liked everything there. Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable enough, location is good, though the hotel is situated a little bit far from the center.
The breakfast could be better for 4 stars hotel.
